Heavy Duty Mohawk Lifts Make The Toughest Service Jobs Quick, Easy and Safe.

Mohawk TR-series ramp-style lifts increase productivity and improve worker safety for any fleet, mass transit or heavy equipment service operation requiring lift capacities up to 120 tons and beyond.

Using Mohawk TR lifts, service crews have complete and unrestricted access to the underside of even the largest trucks, tractors and buses, making it possible to perform complicated repairs on hydraulic, brake, exhaust and transmission systems.

•	A patented mechanical infinite position lock that employs a hardened steel, negative-rack-angle locking wedge actuated by a spring-applied and hydraulic released cylinder in each column.
•	Integral, hydrostatic line blowoff and flow control devices.
•	Tamper-proof velocity fuses.
•	Mechanical chain synchronization.
•	Electrical interlock safety system.

Hydraulic lifting pressure must be present in all four lifting cylinders, in order to release the mechanical safety locks. The lock-release valves on the control panel must be continuously engaged in order for power to reach the solenoid activated up/down control valves. An audible warning signal sounds until the lift is safely at rest and the lock-release valve is disengaged by the operator, thereby automatically re-engaging the mechanical locking safeties.


Lifting Columns built of 1” by 7” Fork Lift mast section with all carriages riding on 5” sealed rollers. Inverted heavy duty lifting cylinders in each column; uses no chains or cables to wear or which need replacing.	Heavy duty low angle approach ramps are 36” wide for easy lift entry and ability to accept a wide variety of vehicle wheel bases. Ramps are designed to fit your fleet & shop needs	Control box is positioned where you want it. Simple control system of up, down and park (lock) for assuring all locks are resting on the safeties.	Lift control system operates thru computer controlled PLC to keep all 4 cylinders and the entire lift operating synchronously.

	AVAILABLE ACCESSORIES

Safety locks are 1 3/4” thick plate steel which lock into multi-position locking ribs. Each lock is controlled via position sensing reed switches for full lock engagement.
